On November 1, Israel will elect a new government and Leader for the Jewish State. Possibly the most critical election in its short history since being restored after 2,500 years of exile.
Without a doubt, the most crucial issue should be Leadership. Jewish leadership ready to embrace a broad national following built on authentic Jewish values and ready to defend the Jewish State from those who would seek its destruction.
The nation of Israel possesses individuals like Itamar ben Gvir and Betsalel Smotrich, who are passionately involved in stopping Israel’s love affair with its collapse. Ben Gvir has shown repeatedly he is dedicated to the Zionist/Religious vision for Israel. His enthusiasm for political and spiritual redemption has lit a fire in the hearts of many Israelis, now being reflected in recent polls.
His love for the land of Israel is a catalyst of authentic Judaism. He broaches no compromise when it comes to the survival of the Jewish State and the well-being of every Jew in Israel and the diaspora.
His leadership is a bulwark against national disintegration and the estrangement of young Jews who have become alienated from Jewish thought and core values while choosing to assimilate rather than embrace the Jewish mission with all it has to offer a jaded world.
Yes, our people are crying out for leadership, genuine, strong, courageous leaders, the opposite of today’s Jewish leadership that remains silent, calm and content even while our enemies plan Israel’s national death. These leaders learn nothing from Jewish history and repeat the same fatal blunder by telling us things are different today. The world has moved on—nothing to worry about here.
These mediocre leaders would have you believe all is well with the world while dismantling the fabric of our country and working hand in hand with those who dream of the day of our demise.
On November 1st, we, the Jewish people, will have an opportunity to choose a government and leadership that will not buckle under the weight of a conniving world, nor will this Jewish leadership settle for compromise, concessions, or betrayal of the Jewish Homeland.
