ERDOGAN STAKES his CLAIM TO JERUSALEM!
Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made the claim ‘Jerusalem is our city, a city from us’ during the recent opening of the Turkish parliament’s legislative session where he made much of Turkey’s connection to Jerusalem and the fake Palestinian people, in which he stated: “Jerusalem is our city”.
He went on to say “we consider it an honour on behalf of our country and nation to express the rights of the oppressed (fake) Palestinian people on every platform, with whom we have lived for centuries”.
“With this understanding, we will follow both the (fake) Palestinian cause, which is the bleeding wound of global conscience and the Jerusalem case to the end.”
While Erdogan’s speech will resonate within parts of Turkish society in the broader sense Erdogan is reaching out to a shrinking Arab consensus on the Palestinian issue.
In the process, he ignores Turkey’s dismal record on five hundred years of mismanaged government while Jerusalem remained under their dominion.
When in those five hundred years did Erdogan’s benign Ottoman Empire show the slightest concern for Arab self-determination let alone a Palestinian state?
Erdogan wallows in self-pity as he contemplates his countries defeat at the hands of Great Britain in 1917 while he desperately attempts to re-write history by supporting the Arabs and in particular the fake Palestinians on every possible occasion. Thereby covering up Turkey’s colonial past and its cowardice during its tenure of Jerusalem between 1517 to 1917.
Erdogan threatens Jewish status as the legitimate sovereign power over Jerusalem and the land of Israel and at the same time giving succour to the Fifth Column of young, educated, radical Arabs to cause mayhem within Israel’s borders. Erdogan is a menace to the peace and security of the Jewish State.
If I may take licence and quote Zev Jabotinsky from another time…Erdogan “has one great quality: he says what he thinks. But he has a great defect: he does not think…”
If it was only so. The Turkish President knows exactly what he is saying and has no confusion over he’s meaning.
Erdogan is one of the haters, the primordial, visceral haters whose ugliness should be a stench in the nostrils of all “Good men”!
