If at first you don’t succeed try and try again!
It would appear Israel’s erstwhile leaders and opinion-makers have taken the above mantra to heart at the expense of common sense.
The likes of Israel’s current leaders are addicted to failed policies and bankrupt ideologies that would deliver a
de-Judaized Israel to our enemy and their accomplices. What is it that drives these reluctant Jews to hatred of the State, people, and ultimately self? What motivates them to destroy what is normal and sane, which drives them to irrational outcomes that threaten the Jewish character of Israel?
Does the answer lie in the nature of these assimilationist Jews who appear driven by an overwhelming sense of self-doubt in the Jewish future and their participation in authentic Jewishness?
Do these misfits crave the approval and admiration of the politically correct, anti-Israel establishment at the cost of their self-respect?
I will wait on history for the answers to these questions and more. In the meantime, we must stay alert to the State being used as an authoritative, coercive body that demands conformity from the individual to a proscribed set of fanciful values and insane outcomes. We are being asked to escape from reality into believing in a false narrative built on fake history, fake facts, and downright lies.
Should you oppose this litany of libel and contempt for the truth, then you will become the subject of their hatred and a target for their animosity. If this benighted ideology took hold of our society as a whole, we would find ourselves flirting with national suicide and courting internal collapse.
Of all the weapons at the disposal of the enemies of the Jewish State, none is more deadly than from within.
