Israel the U.S. and Iran in the Balance.
What’s going on with the presence of the USS Gerald Ford carrier group in the Mediterranean? We are told it is there to discourage Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah from entering the conflict between the Hamas terror group and Israel. The Jewish State is capable of managing a two-front war without American involvement. If so, why the Task Force? Firstly, Israel is now part of CENTCOM, U.S. Central Command. In April, General Michael ”Erik” Kurill, commander of U.S. Central Command, visited Israel to meet with Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and the IDF leadership to cement the strategic partnership within the region. They discussed specific threats to the region, including a two-front war between Hamas in Gaza and Iran’s proxy Hezbollah in Lebanon. They agreed that decisive military changes should reshape the war’s outcome and radically influence the region’s future. Israel and America should exploit Iran’s strategic blunder. Take full advantage of Iran’s miscalculation and strike Iran’s nuclear facilities while its attention is directed towards Israel.
Ironically, Teheran holds the key to its future with its military strategy on the Lebanese Syrian border. Should Iran and its proxies open a second front, it becomes almost certain that Israel and America will act and act decisively. Nothing is to be undertaken in any part of the world, including the Ukraine, which could jeopardise the Iran operation’s success. All being well, the strike on Iran’s homefront would be tactically decisive. Leaving Hamas and Hezbollah beaten and Israel dominant in the Middle East while America would control the balance of power in the world.
