Israels Supreme Court Reinstates Labors Arab Candidate for Up-Coming Election.
Israel’s highest court in the land predictably reinstated Labors Arab candidate Ibtisam Mara’ana allowing her to run in the March 23 election after having been disqualified from running by the Parliament’s Central Elections Committee for being in breach of parliamentary guidelines.
Ibtisam Mara’ana was sited for comments she had made twelve years previously on Facebook. Mara’ana had posted her delight in not respecting Israel’s Yom Hazikaron memorial day for IDF fallen soldiers and accusing them of committing murder etc…
Labors spokesperson was quick to defend the anti-Israel Palestinian activist stating “Ibtisam is a partner for building a shared future in Israel and we will not allow people whose mother tongue is violence to impose their racist views on the entire nation.”
I won’t bother going into the blatant hypocrisy shown by those who encourage the enemy’s of Israel to undermine the Jewish State while at the same time discrediting Jews who genuinely love their country.
I don’t blame Mara’ana for her strongly held beliefs to the contrary as an Arab who believes Jews are occupying Moslem land why would she put her hand over her heart and sing HaTikva while tears fill her eyes as she proudly looks to the Blue and White flag of Israel.
Are we mad! Or delusional well we must be if we believe the clap trap that came out of the Labor spokesman’s mouth.
Let’s get one thing clear and I challenge anyone to prove me wrong Ibtisam Mara’ana is able to defame young Jewish men and women and run for the Knesset (Israel’s Parliament) because much of the Jewish people have brought into the myth of the Palestinian people who are attempting to steal the Land of Israel. There has never been a Palestinian people or a sovereign state of that name. Palestinians are a political construct for the purpose of destroying the State of Israel “period!”
Muhsein Zahir, one of the early leaders of the PLO, said in April 1977: In truth, there are no Palestinian people… The demand for a separate Palestinian identity has been formulated solely for tactical reasons…The establishment of a Palestinian state would be an instrument in the service of the struggle against Israel, and a means to advance the cause of Arab unity… It is only for political reasons that we speak of Palestinian identity… in opposition to Zionism… (Interview in Dutch newspaper Trud).
The overriding problem does not rest with the fake Palestinians but rather with a Jewish problem and that problem festers while ever the Jewish people deny their own legitimacy and are prepared to countenance the legitimacy of a fake Palestinian people.
There was a time before Oslo when Jewish leaders were not afraid to state the obvious ‘There are no Palestinian people.’
It is time for genuine Jewish leadership to pronounce boldly once again there are no ‘Palestinian people.’
On March 23 Israel will have a chance to set the record straight.
