Keep Katzrin Jewish (The Capital of the Golan)
Tranquil Katzrin Capital of the Golan, and the largest settlement in Northern Israel, is today under threat of becoming another Arab-Jew flashpoint. Due to the dishonest pseudo “Judaism” chanted by the liberal woke secularists who cherry-pick aspects of “Judaism” that they can live with while rejecting the bulk of the Torah that their secular intellects find abhorrent.
This once-Jewish enclave in the north is fast becoming the home of choice for many Arabs. Today forty-four Arab families live in the heart of Katzrins burgeoning new developments. They already have their first home mosque, and before long, the Muslim community centre and the rising minaret will be a reminder of what was and what shall be.
Unfortunately, most Jews in Katzrin would rather ignore the reality of the danger these Arabs represent. We know the existence of the Arabs against the Jews and the inevitable outcome should we ignore their growing presence. Yet we cannot allow ourselves to confront the stark truth of history and instead stick our heads in the sand and hope our concerns will all go away and that it will be different this time. Well, it won’t be.
And so every concerned Jew has an obligation, no matter how painful, to inform his fellow Jews of the facts of a potential onslaught of Jew-hatred whose roots are deeply embedded in the Arab psyche.
At the end of the day, Jews must act appropriately to keep Katzrin Jewish, if only because of self-interest.
