Nuclear First Strike; Israel v Iran.
When contemplating a Nuclear strike on another country, the thought should arouse the most profound human empathy for the victims of an Atomic nightmare. The reality that must defy comprehension.
Yet that is precisely what the Islamic Republic of Iran contemplates for the Jewish State. Iran’s leaders declare their deadly intentions for Israel on a regular basis. Leaving one in no doubt as to their determination to wipe Israel from the face of the earth.
This begs the question of pre-empting a Nuclear attack on Iran, knowing that the only alternative would be the annihilation of some six million Jews for the second time in seventy-nine years. For Israel to do nothing would equate to national suicide, which would no doubt salve the consciences of every liberal bleeding heart.
When all the chest-beating and moral arguments have been exhausted, Israel will have an ever-decreasing window of opportunity as their nuclear advantage over a still nuclear-developing Iran becomes obsolete.
Israel must make it clear to Iran that should they achieve their nuclear ambitions, there will be no Teheran the day after. Iran must know without a doubt that the Jewish State has not forgone the nuclear option and will use it unequivocally if threatened with extinction.
This strategic advantage is finite, and Israel’s nuclear monopoly in the Middle East will come to an end, forcing them to recognize that nuclear confrontation with Iran is now impossible. The only solution left would be a negotiated compromise to end hostilities between the two countries. This scenario would most likely succeed if Iran were led by rational leaders rather than theological fanatics who, like Hitler in his day, were ready to sacrifice the Third Reich in his manic desire to murder every Jew wherever they could be found. The Islamic Republic of Iran’s ideology is not concerned with the nuclear threat to the survival not only of civilization but of humanity itself. Iran seeks the destruction of Jews and their country. Israel must strike first or die. There is no alternative. There is only survival. Morality has nothing to do with it!
