The Constitution Under Attack…Farewell America

John Adams second president of the United States of America from 1797 to 1801. As well as one of the founding fathers and a contributor to drafting the Constitution of the United States. Was also a staunch defender of the Constitution and when it came under attack by those who would overthrow the office of governor and the assembly of the Senate as expensive, useless, and pernicious, and not only proposing to toss them off but rising in rebellion against them…

Adams held the view that the distribution of the legislative power into three branches, in separating the executive from the legislative power, and the judiciary power from both.

John Adams thoughts on this matter are encapsulated in the following few words. “…power is always abused when unlimited and unbalanced …”

Further unchecked government is always despotic, whether it be government by a monarch, by aristocrats, or by the mass of the people. All are equally intolerant, cruel, bloody, oppressive, tyrannical.

The only stable government is one so balanced that ambition is made to counteract ambition, power to check power.

Another founding father and third president of the United States 1801 to 1809 Thomas Jefferson was of the opinion that “If the people become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, Congress and Assemblies, Judges and Governors, shall all become wolves.”

For Jefferson, democratically educated citizens are the best insurance against government violations of individual natural rights.

Fast forward to January 6 2021, Donald J Trump 45th president manages to trash his presidential legacy and undermine irreparably the ability for a cohesive and durable opposition to be mounted against the insidious political and social agenda of the nascent Left soon to sweep aside any semblance of the original Constitution and its founding father’s warnings against overthrowing the checks and balances that while imperfect have served America’s cause well for some 232 years.

Whether Donald Trump intended to incite those of a more violent inclination amongst the protesters on Wednesday or he was a victim of his own limitations when it comes to political thought or worse he was an example of Jefferson’s concern for a democratically uneducated citizenry of which Trump seems to bear all the signs of being such a person leaving himself open to accusations of his threatening the Constitution and inciting rebellion. Bye, his ill-advised actions Trump has aided the Democrats and their allies in entrenching the New Lefts ideology of vice and immorality of baseness, where everything, even debauchery carries the mark of goodness according to these amoral leaders of society.

No element of good will be tolerated by America’s new elites as these leaders push through their agenda for the western world amidst an absence of all decency!

America if you think Trump was a threat to your liberty hold onto your hat as you will find it impossible to imagine a system better calculated to annihilate the rights of its people than the incoming Biden/Harris administration. The promoters of identity politics, gender and race inequality will dominate every aspect of American life.

Unfortunately, Trump’s legacy unintentionally may well be the final catalyst in bringing about the left’s goal of a new society where good is evil and evil is good.

Adams and Jefferson foresaw today’s appetite for despotism and set about putting checks and balances to counter the possibility of unrestricted majority rule which they rightly identified as the principle of a modern tyranny. In the end, the people get the leaders they deserve.
