Two-State Solution Never, Ever, Ever!
Whether it is the United Kingdom Foreign Secretary David Cameron or U.S. President Joe Biden calling for a Palestinian State out of the ashes of Gaza, the international community seems determined to reward the murderers of Jews on October 7 with a future failed state.
Those who agitate for a two-state solution are blind to the historical facts that do not support the fantasy they embrace so passionately. They are foolish, ignorant people. They are not interested in the search for meaning and truth, nor do they want to see the cold, hard facts that confront their senses, which seize them and demand to be heard and understood.
These paragons of virtue are nothing more than robber barons let loose on the Jewish people. In 1922, the British were given a Mandate for Palestine from the League of Nations to oversee the establishment of a Jewish ”national home” in Palestine. One of their first acts was to surgically remove a large part of the proposed Jewish Homeland and create a Hashemite Arab state called Transjordan, now known as the Kindom of Jordan. This was the beginning of a pattern that would stay in vogue up until today. Contrary to widely held views amongst the Western powers of Israel’s demise, the Jewish State wouldn’t go away. Never mind if at first one doesn’t succeed, try and try again till one gets the desired result.
Now, once again, our erstwhile friends who place above all else their interests as the worthy repository of our fate and trust? They will turn on Israel, and they will betray her the moment they are convinced that their self-interest demands it. There are no permanent allies for any nation, and for Israel and the Jewish people, there will be no one who will stand by them at the moment of truth.
With this in mind, there can never, ever, ever be a hostile state gouged from the Land of Israel to satisfy non-Jewish sensitivities. Israel’s leaders must not settle for solutions and compromises that betray common sense. They must not allow themselves to believe American assurances that would lead them into self-delusion.
The Jewish State need not apologise for abandoning self-restraint in Gaza after October 7; if the Arab nationalists should murder Jews, should we limit ourselves to a proportional response? If we do, why should they not continue to attack and murder Jews? What deterrent would there be in our actions that would convince them to stop killing Jews? So, if we were to surrender to a two-state solution after October 7, why would any enemy of Israel not chase us into the sea?
Bottom line: two-state solution never, ever, ever!
Agreed 👍
