Damned if You do ! Damned if You Dont !

Israel finds itself in a challenging situation, confronting the Islamic Republic of Iran’s imminent nuclear threat, becoming an all too real nightmare over the coming weeks. The Jewish State is Damned if you do! Damned if you don’t! Israel is being held hostage to world public opinion coerced by the United States of America not to launch a massive attack upon Iran’s nuclear facilities, and condemned outright by the European states of the West for any naked aggression towards Tehran.

Under the circumstances, what are Israel’s options? There are no credible alternatives other than a surprise attack. To do nothing would be to invite the obliteration of the Jewish Homeland by a warped ideological Shia leadership. Any attempt on America’s part to influence the government in Jerusalem by proposing security guarantees in exchange for Israel not taking military action against Iran would not be worth the paper it is written on. Israel must make it crystal clear ”to Hell with those who would tie Israel’s hands behind their back, leaving them to the mercy of an implacable enemy bent on the Jewish State’s destruction.

Any thoughts of a negotiated understanding between the United States and Iran over its nuclear ambitions should be put to bed forever. Iran seeks the destruction of the Jewish State and a global religious revolution that would finally vanquish the influence of the United States and its allies and bring an end to centuries of Western primacy.

The clock is ticking, and time is fast running out for all concerned before all Hell breaks loose.
