The Enemy Within !

Yair Golan, the chairman of Israel’s Democrat Party lashed out over Israel’s handling of the Gaza conflict in an interview on Monday with Kan Reshet Bet’s radio station. He did not hold back in defaming the IDF and the Israeli government, saying: “A sane country does not kill babies for a hobby.” “Israel is on the path to becoming a pariah state among the nations – like the South Africa of old – if it does not return to behaving like a sane country.” He did not stop there, going on to say, “A sane country does not wage war against civilians, does not kill babies for a hobby, and does not set goals involving the expulsion of populations.” He went on to deliver a rant of unsubstantiated accusations that questioned his sanity.

Golan’s tirade was unforgivable and ideologically motivated for political advantage. This man has shown himself to be unworthy of leading a legitimate political party while seeking the Prime Minister’s position in the Jewish State. He is a disgrace and should be spurned by every concerned Jew in Israel and the Diaspora.

Yair Golan is indicative of the enemy within, showing no scruples as he is prepared to sacrifice the State of Israel and its people on the altar of blind ambition. Golan would prefer Israel to make humiliating concessions to the baby killers of October 7 and appease anti-Jewish opinion around the world, preferring Jewish weakness to Jewish authentic values. Instead of being proud and firm in our identity, he would have us quail and cower before the gentile nations. His philosophy is a senseless folly that, if ever in power, would deliver a bitter illusion, making Israel weaker while giving succour to its enemies within and without.

Yair Golan deserves to be shunned and his political party sent packing before it can do irreparable damage to the unity of the Jewish people.
