J. D. Vance Imbecile or Just Plain Dumb?
J D Vance brings to mind the wise words of President Abraham Lincoln ”Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.” Every time Vice President Vance opens his mouth, he dispels all suspicions of possessing a rational, intelligent thought. A hillbilly with roots in the Appalachian backwoods. It’s here that one will find the depository and repository of his religio-moral and economic values. Vance would have you believe he is a man of strong conservative beliefs, walking in the footsteps of President Donald Trump, espousing America First, and at first glance you could be forgiven for buying into the crafted image he has made for himself on his way to the White House.
And in the face of his disastrous handling of the negotiations with Iran, we see the cynicism and moral bankruptcy he has employed to shift the blame for its failure onto the State of Israel and its Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, a new low even for him. We catch a glimpse of his tininess. After many weeks of the shallowest, most ignominious of back-room machinations, promises, lies and cynical pledges, followed by even more cynical breaking of word and deed throughout the MoU Memorandum of Understanding.
This is the attack dog, let loose on President Zelensky during Zelensky’s Oval Office debacle of 2025, and now he is being unleashed to inflict political damage on Netanyahu while saving his own political skin. The true measure of the man is on display for all to see. A deeply flawed individual prone to moralising at the expense of others wiser than himself. What you see is what you get: a self-important prattler with nothing genuinely intelligent to say.
