A Leader like Ariel Sharron at his Best!

With the resignation of the IDF Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi relinquished his post with these words, ‘We failed in our duty,’ his words echoing down the days, weeks, months and years since the catastrophe of October 7 2023. Now, Israel is searching for a new military commander to lead the IDF.

The chances of serving up another high-ranking officer from the military establishment would guarantee continuity and no radical change in how things are done. The upper echelons are a product of Leftist-secular thought, a hangover from the days when the Labour Party held sway over all areas of Israeli life.

What Israel needs is an IDF Chief of Staff committed to the renewal of Zionist values immersed in the pioneer generation’s legitimate sense of the justice of our struggle and our full right to all the land of Israel while focusing on the future. Reminiscent of President Abraham Lincoln during the American Civil War, he declared I want a winning General. I want Ulysses S. Grant. Unconditional surrender Grant the eventual victor of the war between the states. Thats the kind of General Israel needs during these perilous times.

A General of serious character reflecting a single-minded purpose at a pivotal moment in the Jewish States history, a time of critical danger waging a war of attrition while experiencing a torrent of hateful incitement from around the world. A winning General with all the chutzpah of Ariel Sharron at his best.

A leader who inspires us with the will to win against all odds and overcome the problems of the battlefield that confronts us today and beyond.

Excluding none and embracing all. The commandment to settle the Land of Israel is equal in importance to all the Torah Commandments all together: (Sifri Deut 12:29)

    Certainly needs a strong leadership. 🇮🇱 👍

    • Yochanan, you are undoubtedly correct in calling for strong leadership. Leadership based on a sane and comprehensive view of world politics and sound military strategies designed for total victory.
