French Moslem High on Killing a Jew. While French Court achieves all Time Low.

Back in December of 2019, a French lower court excused the alleged Jew-hating murderer of a 65-year-old Jewish woman Sarah Halimi in April 2017 who walked free from the court after the judge found 30-year-old Kobili Traore had no case to answer as he had been under the influence of marijuana which led to his “delirious episode” and therefore was not legally responsible for his actions. The judge sited Traore for being an anti-Semite and for that reason he killed Sarah Halimi.

The judges comment as to why Traore killed Mrs Halimi begs the question was it his use of marijuana or his hatred of Jews that motivated him to ferociously beat and then throw Mrs Halimi from her third-floor apartment while screaming “Allah Akbar”. It would appear the Judge’s comment on Traore’s anti-Semitic motivation to kill should leave one in no doubt as to his guilt.

The lower courts decision has since been appealed as of May 2020 should the Court of Cassation uphold the lower courts decision Traore after undergoing an examination by a mental health institution will once again walk free compliments of a High court that managed an all-time low for the French judiciary. While ensuring Kobili Traore can continue to get high on killing Jews. One of the few non-Jewish voices in France to question the original finding was that of French President Emmanuel Macron who said “even if, in the end, the judge decided that there was no criminal responsibility, there is a need for a trial”. Yes, a trial that demands justice free from Fear or Favour.

Worth noting is the fact that French law, judges crimes committed under the influence of drugs with utmost severity with one exception it appears if the victim is a 65-year-old Jewish woman who is brutally murdered by a Moslem fanatic high on killing Jews then the killer can rest easy in the knowledge that Jewish blood is held in contempt.
