Patriot or Devil

Last Sunday, my wife and I attended a political meeting hosting the leader of the Otzma Yehudit party. What did we see and hear the rantings of a rabid racist bent on dividing Israeli society?

No, quite the opposite; we had the privilege of listening to a Jewish patriot, lucid, articulate and measured in his presentation.

Itamar Ben Gvir is most definitely not a superficial nationalist. Quite to the contrary, he showed that the authentic spirit of Judaism consumed him, intent on resurrecting Jewish principles while on display for all to see was an innovative personality of extraordinary talent.

His burning love for the nation and its Jewish future, alongside his strength and courage, is capable of setting alight the hearts of the Jewish people for a genuine Jewish State.

Come November 1st; the nation will have an opportunity to elect a Jewish leader not seen since the Hasmoneans defeated an overwhelming foreign army of occupation.

It is incumbent upon every Jew to fan the flames of national love for the Jewish State, thereby restoring Jewish ethics to its rightful place in Israeli society.

No, there was no devil here, only a patriot!
