The Party’s Over; The Diaspora On The Verge Of Extinction!

As the cultural revolution has progressed in the West, everything that was once honoured has, in many instances, become a matter of public indifference. As a consequence, every traditional constraint is in the process of being lost. At first, it was thought that the result would be one of license and abandonment, and so it was till the need to descend even further into the moral abyss gained the ascendancy, producing a generation heaped in despair and self-hate, decadent bereft of purpose, all that is left is to find an outlet to its monotonous parade of sexual perversion.

And there amongst them was found the perfect scapegoat. The eternal Jew and, better still, the hated Jewish State. Tailors made for Western society no longer capable of self-discipline, their prejudices encouraged by governments who are all too ready to indulge in licentiousness and division, hatred and violence, eventually separating the Jew from mainstream society, a tyranny of the people.

Whether it be the United States, Britain, Europe or Australia, their governments, once zealous for the protection of certain individual liberties of the people, are now entering a time of severe conflict with their Jewish citizens and, by extension, the State of Israel. Their actions in appeasing the anti-Semitic elements within their societies lead one to doubt any future government efforts to prevent undesirable outcomes for their Jews. With the universities, media, and government bodies stifling public debate on Jewish matters and support for Israel more important than the general welfare of their nations.

The dogmatic insistence on transforming the murderers of October 7 into the victims of Israeli aggression at the expense of truth and goodness is symptomatic of the current malaise taking place between the Jewish State and foreign powers. The harm caused to Jewish communities around the world by this blindness to reality has already been severe and so painful that the framework upon which Jewish national life has rested for the past seventy-nine years in the Diaspora is plainly undergoing a profound reassessment of the Diaspora’s viability going forward. Attempts will be made to restore the status quo. However, it remains to be seen whether those attempts can succeed in bringing the Diaspora’s reason for existence back into view.

Yosef Yigal Drever

Yosef Yigal Drever and Sylvia Drever co-founded Achdut HaLev in 2006 to reach out to the Jewish community's around the world providing support in learning Torah and promoting the 'Return of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel.' Yosef Yigal made Aliya in 2014 while Sylvia his wife is an Israeli. In late 2014 Achdut HaLev concentrated all its resources towards Aliya and the rebuilding of Eretz Yisrael. Excluding none and embracing all. The commandment to settle the Land of Israel is equal in importance to all the Torah Commandments all together: (Sifri Deut 12:29)
