THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE IN A WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN
The presumption of innocence is part of the criminal system throughout most of the Western world today.
It means if you are accused of a crime, you are innocent till proven guilty and the onus lies with the prosecutor to prove guilt.
Should the accused be not proven guilty He or She would normally be acquitted or found “not guilty”?
Innocent till Proven Guilty
There are safeguards within the legal system to protect the rights of individuals when the state accuses them of a crime.
The rationale is consistent with justice that the guilty go free rather than the innocent be convicted of a crime they have not committed.
This is the presumption of innocence in a ‘nutshell’.
In the last few weeks, we have witnessed the complete disregard for the process of the presumption of innocence with a kangaroo court sitting in judgement on then Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Brett Kavanaugh.
Kangaroo Court
This kangaroo court was populated by the usual suspect’s politically correct left-leaning media talking heads, rainbow coalition activists and the well-meaning periphery.
This coalition of political correctness showed total disregard for the established standards of law and justice, displaying their prejudicial bias proudly for everyone to see.
Like all good kangaroo courts, they had already pronounced the verdict of guilt before any due process had taken place.
From President Donald Trumps 2016 election victory to the United Kingdoms Brexit vote to leave the European Union the politically correct elites have rejected the results of the Ballot Box in favour of creating internal schisms, misinformation and at times blatant corruption of the facts, casting “Truth” into the gutter.

Political correctness has done a disservice to free speech, and with each success has come negative and inhibitive outcomes that are soon imposed on the silent majority by the left-leaning media the mouthpiece for these social anarchists.
None of the above should come as a surprise to any honest observer of the State of Israel over the last 70 years. In fact, this is where it all started the left-leaning politically correct class has sustained a constant attack on the legitimacy and integrity of the Jewish State from day one till the present. They have made every effort to shape public opinion and discourse in their efforts to criminalise Israel and place it on the margins of civilised society.
Never Let a Fact Get in the Way
They never let a ‘fact’ get in the way of their agenda. They are motivated by hate for the Jewish People and the Jewish State that offends their sensibilities. In fact, they are outraged at the insult Israel poses for them.
These foot soldiers of the politically correct are nothing new they are not unique in their efforts to overthrow the institutions and values that have sustained western society for the last 200 years.
Hitler’s Nazis are a recent historical example that led to ‘Death Factories’ of Auschwitz, Treblinka, Sobibor, Chelmno…
Like the Nazis, these modern day ‘Haters’ will do all they can to silence the competition in an insidious attempt to reshape the world in their image.
And ultimately there is no place for a Jewish State in their Orwellian vision for the world.
This is the end game for political correctness and make no mistake this is the political correctness fundamental aspiration.
And so Justice Brett Kavanaugh innocent or guilty was a victim of “preference falsification” and a ‘looking glass’ into Israel and the Jewish Peoples future in a world turned upside down.
