The Trump Conundrum!
As many Americans look forward to a better future under a Trump Presidency, the reality may be very different. The potential for disappointment could lie in the fact that President Trump is possessed by an unclear, intense, narrow vision of an America that never truly existed. Trump prefers a governed principate formed in his image to a decadent republic captured by the immoral forces let loose by the Leftist radicals and deviant followers of woke ideologies so prevalent in the Democratic Party of Obama, Biden and Harris, who destroyed confidence in Pax Amerca around the world and caused disintegration of its social fabric at home.
The last four years have set the stage for Trump’s opportunity to disappoint America, having embarked on a grand plan for the transformation of a society he must carry through no matter at what cost: to fumble, to retreat, to be overcome by his limitations is to betray the people’s trust and hopes in one’s leadership and vision for the country. Trump will need to burn, cauterise and amputate; if that is what the social disease requires, should Trump’s administration stop halfway because of personal considerations or the problems just too hard to cope with? Trump’s efforts will be seen as a sign of muddling and weakness, delivering the worst of both worlds. Leaving America nowhere to turn except inwards, leading to its demise as the hegemonic powerhouse of the last eighty years.
The next four years will set the stage for the United States’ final curtain or an encore in the ‘Great Game!’
